慧能大师的《六祖坛经》不仅对民众有影响，对雕塑、文化、艺术、戏剧，包括思想、哲学、文学都产生了巨大的影响。翻开中国文学史一查便知，中国很多诗人、文学家都受到禅的影响。从这个意义来说，它一定能推动传统文化的价值升华和促进企业文化的提升，所以禅文化和企业文化是相关的，那究竟我们修行禅在现实里能对企业有什么价值呢？
